Senior Product Manager (Ecosystem & Partner Integrations)

Whoop
Boston, MA

At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives, turning physiological data into trusted insight that helps guide everyday decisions.

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the WHOOP ecosystem and partner integrations, shaping WHOOP into the platform where health and lifestyle experiences live. In this role, you will define how third-party apps, services, and developers integrate with WHOOP physiology to deliver meaningful, trusted experiences for members. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring integrations deepen member value, reinforce WHOOP as the system of record for health, and unlock speed and breadth beyond what first-party development alone can deliver.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP’s ecosystem and partner integrations, aligned with company goals around trust, physiology, and long-term member value
  • Lead the scaling of our existing developer platform and the 0→1 development of new ecosystem capabilities and integrations
  • Lead high-impact third-party integrations that meaningfully improve the member experience, translating external data into clear, actionable physiological insight
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, design, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality integrations
  • Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP’s ecosystem capabilities, including APIs, data access patterns, and standards that support high-quality partner experiences
  • Define and track success metrics for ecosystem initiatives, with a focus on member usage, engagement, and trust
  • Collaborate across the Product team to maximize the impact of the ecosystem approach, ensuring third-party data and experiences are effectively integrated across WHOOP surfaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on platform, ecosystem, APIs, or developer-facing products
  • Experience working with third-party integrations, developer platforms, or partner-led product strategies in a consumer technology environment
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply on API design, data models, authentication patterns, and developer experience, able to collaborate effectively with engineering on technical tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated comfort with and usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate product execution
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs between first-party development and ecosystem enablement
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex, fast-moving organizations
  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, from defining long-term vision to shipping high-quality product increments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex external relationships in partnership with marketing and other internal teams, effectively representing product priorities while balancing partner needs, constraints, and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product impact
  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to new or evolving product areas through strong prioritization and execution
  • Passion for building incredible consumer experiences in health, fitness, or adjacent domains
