Landscape Maintenance Laborer

As a Landscape Laborer, you will perform essential landscape maintenance tasks while adhering to Rapoza's high-quality standards and safety procedures under the direction of a Crew Leader.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions provided by the Crew Leader or Crew Leader in Training
- Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, and mulching
- Dig holes and trenches as needed for work completion
- Communicate observations and concerns to the Crew Leader
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all work performed
- Adhere to safety procedures and standards
- Participate in Rapoza training related to equipment and safety
- Arrive on time and prepared for work, dressed in the appropriate Rapoza uniform
Qualifications
- Valid MA Driver's license
- Willingness to work in inclement weather and on Saturdays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- At least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience (Required)
- Ability to lift 80 lbs. occasionally and frequently transport materials up to 50 lbs.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing
Compensation
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
