We are currently seeking an energetic and independently licensed master's level clinician (LICSW or LMHC) to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to support patients’ mental health and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Connect patients with community resources and support systems during care transitions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license (required).
• Experience in behavioral health, individual and/or group therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.'
