Welder Fabricator Mechanic

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld components for custom salt and brine trucks according to project specifications
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, particularly during winter snow events
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain and utilize personal tools for daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and needs
Qualifications
- Experience in welding and fabrication
- Ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have own tools
Compensation
Earn a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35-$40 per hour, with an increased snow event rate ranging from $45–$50 per hour during winter snow events.
