Schedule: 36hr variable rotation

As a 30-bed BWH Intermediate Care (Step-Down) Medicine Nurse, you will have the chance to care for a broad-range patients in a Magnet-designated Center of Nursing Excellence with support for education, innovation, and professional growth. • Providing care for patients on 14CD.
• Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

To qualify you must have:

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. For newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience not required.
• Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
• Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
