Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Springfield, MA
Are you a skilled CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that allows you to return home weekly with minimal physical requirements? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast, backed by exceptional equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Get home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our routes are structured to ensure you have consistent time with family and maintain your personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there’s safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Focus on driving and optimizing your efficiency with minimal physical labor.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,150 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Additional pay includes detention according to customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes include Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
