Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are hiring an experienced Level A Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair the heavy machinery that keeps their sites safe, productive, and moving every day. From diagnostics to major repairs, your skill set directly impacts uptime, reliability, and team success.
Pay up to $45 hourly depending on experience

What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Read and interpret Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders
• Communicate with supervisors and equipment operators to confirm maintenance needs
• Complete all repair documentation including parts used and time tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA compliant work area
• Climb and work on equipment at heights above 4 feet
• Perform other related maintenance tasks as assigned
What You Bring
• 4 years of heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience with a high school diploma or GED, OR 6 years of experience without a diploma requirement
• Valid driver license
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, equipment systems, and repair procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb, reach, and perform repair work on elevated surfaces
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and accountability
