Maintenance Mechanic FT Non-Union 37.5 Hours Starting Salary
\$25.00-\$30.00 per hour DOEE \*\ please see end of posting for application instructions- this is not a Town of EL position and resumes/applications should be submitted via instructions at end of this posting. The East Longmeadow Housing Authority is looking for a maintenance mechanic who is knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment maintenance, painting, janitorial, grounds keeping, and snow removal. This position is required to be on-call and successful candidate must pass a CORI check, drug screening, and physical exam. Valid Driver\'s license is required. The EL Housing Authority is not a Town of East Longmeadow department, they are run by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Excellent State benefits available to this position.
