Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with a diverse population, providing high-quality speech and language services to enhance communication skills. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with various speech and language disorders.

This position offers a flexible work schedule with competitive pay ranging from $80 to $85 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity for professional growth and collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve communication and swallow functions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, healthcare professionals, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all patients.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with a variety of age groups and communication disorders
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with technology and software used in speech-language therapy
