Job Description and Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator’s critical responsibilities will include:
- Process incoming jobs consistently and make sure they are processed and received according to proper procedure
- Communicate via phone or email clearly, timely and concisely to clients re: job specifics
- Write up job instructions according to client specifications
- Submit all job orders to production team ensuring job tickets are uniform, correct and clear
- Monitor client jobs as they enter production system according to due dates and time
- Coordinate and optimize delivery efficiencies as jobs go back to clients
- Communicate to sales executives and clients on job status and delivery
- Liaison between Production, Sales and Clients
- Focus on quality assurance and quality control
- Communicates hourly with production manager on all incoming and out-coming jobs
- Focus on deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years or more experience in copy, scan, print industry.
- Able to communicate clearly both written and in speech.
- Confident computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft office and smart phones.
