Activations Manager
Job Description
An employer is looking for an Activation Manager to lead the post-sale onboarding process for their clients. This role ensures a smooth transition from sale to implementation, driving product adoption and setting the stage for long-term success. Ideal for early to mid-career professionals with growth potential over the next 1-2 years.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Kick off onboarding calls and set clear timelines.

Coordinate hardware and software setup, including installations and configurations.

Guide customers through product basics and answer technical questions.

Track onboarding progress, flag risks, and keep projects on schedule.

Share documentation and resources to support customer adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve issues quickly.
Compensation for this role is 75-95k per year annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years in B2B Enterprise SaaS or PaaS roles (Activation, Customer Success, or similar).

Strong customer-facing experience and ability to teach product functionality.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; max 6 years total work experience.

Customer empathy and a service-first mindset. - Familiarity with biotech/biopharma and compliance-focused operations.
