Registered Nurse / RN, Hospice After Hours
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Hospice After Hours team, who will be responsible for providing end-of-life care to patients during non-business hours. This position requires exceptional nursing skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work autonomously in a home setting. Our after-hours RNs ensure that our patients receive continuous, comfortable, and dignified care during nights, weekends, and holidays. As an integral part of our hospice team, you will work closely with patients' families, providing necessary support and guidance during challenging times, helping uphold AccentCare's commitment to enhance the lives and well-being of our patients.
