Support onboarding of new clinicians and facilities.
Stay current with PM&R guidelines, PDPM requirements, and post‑acute regulatory updates.
Provide occasional on‑site support for complex procedures, advanced assessments, or facility needs.
What You’ll Gain
A flexible, remote-first position with meaningful opportunities for hands‑on clinical involvement.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical and operational leaders.
A platform to shape care quality, documentation standards, and rehabilitation outcomes at scale.
- Compensation: Compensation is structured as a percentage of collections plus a collaborative stipend. While earnings are variable, providers in similar roles typically earn between $300,000–$500,000 annually, depending on productivity and other lawful factors.
