Employer Relations Specialist – Financial Services

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry, including the ability to understand key firm distinctions and functions within the sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate partners effectively
- Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
- Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
