Fitness boxing instructor

UPPERKUTS BOXING CLUB is looking for a passionate and skilled Fitness Boxing Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead dynamic boxing fitness classes designed to improve our members’ strength, endurance, technique, and overall health. You will be responsible for creating engaging workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels, ensuring all participants receive expert guidance and motivation in a safe and supportive environment. As a Fitness Boxing Instructor, you will play an essential role in fostering a positive community atmosphere and helping members achieve their personal fitness and boxing goals. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic fitness professional with strong boxing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and encourage individuals in group settings. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver energetic and effective boxing fitness classes suitable for various skill levels and fitness backgrounds.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and monitor participants to ensure safety and correct form throughout sessions.
• Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals and maintain consistent attendance.
• Provide modifications and adaptations for participants with different fitness abilities or limitations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment including equipment preparation and upkeep.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness and boxing training methods and incorporate best practices into class design.
• Assist with promotional events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to support membership growth.

Requirements

• Certified fitness instructor with specialization or strong experience in boxing or combat sports training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups.
• Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, fitness principles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to modify workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Previous experience teaching group fitness or boxing classes is highly desirable.
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and creating a positive class atmosphere.
