Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Somerville, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we deliver dry van routes across the Northeast, providing excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain family connections and manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work allows you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,000 to $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia.
- All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
