Job Title: RN – ICU

Location: Falmouth, MA

Type: Contract

Duration: 14 Weeks

Shift: Nights | 3x12 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Every other weekend + rotating holidays | May float to Med/Surg Tele units if needed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ICU patient care using the nursing process
• Monitor and assess patient responses to medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Administer and monitor critical care interventions (ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, etc.)
• Guide and supervise ancillary staff and support charge nurse responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to hospital safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide patient and family education as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Completion of hospital-required Pharmacology & Arrhythmia exams
• Additional preferred certifications: CCRN, TCAR

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
