This role bridges data engineering and analytics, ensuring marketing teams have reliable, well-structured data to drive strategic decisions, optimize campaigns, and integrate marketing technology tools. **Responsibilities:** **Data Strategy & Architecture:** + Develop andmaintaina unified marketing data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake,BigQuery) to ensure reliability, performance, and accessibility + Define and implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and governance + Align KPIs and metrics to marketing and businessobjectivesfor consistent reporting across tools and dashboards **Marketing Tool Integration:** + Integrate data fromMarTechplatforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce,Adobe) into centralized data systems + Workwith engineering to buildautomated pipelines using tools likeFivetran,dbt, and Git for version control and deployment + Ensure data consistency and completeness across marketing systems and analytics platforms Analytics Enablement: + Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports + Support advanced analytics use cases such as attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, and customer segmentation + Implement continuous improvement practices for marketing data processes and reporting **Data Quality & Governance:** + Establish and enforce data quality standards (accuracy, timeliness, consistency) + Maintain documentation for data definitions, taxonomies, and standardized KPIs across analytics tools **Qualifications** + 3+ years experience as an Analytics Engineer + Strong SQL and experience with data modeling frameworks + Proficiencyin cloud data warehouses (Snowflake,BigQuery) + Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI) + Knowledge of version control (Git) + Understanding ofmarketing metrics (ROI, CLV, attribution, funnel analysis) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in marketing analytics or supporting marketing operations + Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders + Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques for marketing optimization \#LI-KM1 **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
