Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 per Year.

A Manchester, MA family is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Houseman to care for and maintain their 12,000 sq. ft. residence to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a household team. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the family’s needs in a discreet and professional manner.

Main Work Duties but Not Limited to:

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the home to pristine standards, including cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep.
• Maintain pristine condition of all high-touch areas, fixtures, and finishes, including specialty materials (marble, hardwood, crystal, silver, etc.).
• Assist with seasonal deep cleans, furniture polishing, and detailed upkeep of art, antiques, and luxury décor (in coordination with specialists if required).
• Handle light handyman tasks and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs or maintenance.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, setting up tables, and ensuring all spaces are guest-ready.
• Care for outdoor areas, including sweeping patios, maintaining outdoor furniture, and light gardening as needed.
• Manage household systems such as lighting, HVAC, and security, ensuring they function properly.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, managing inventory, and maintaining storage areas.
• Provide occasional driving or errand-running support.
• Work collaboratively with other household staff, following a high standard of service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years as a houseman.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
