We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to own global brand and product strategy for major franchises and portfolios, driving growth through insight-led innovation, strong commercial execution, and bold strategic thinking. This role is for a seasoned brand and product leader who thrives in complexity, leads through influence, and can translate vision into action at scale. You’ll shape multi-year strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure products and partnerships deliver long-term brand and business impact. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI A Day in the life as a Sr. Brand Manager: You’ll lead global brand and product strategy end to end, partnering closely with product, insights, commercial, and sales teams. Day to day, you’ll: Own and evolve global brand, franchise, and product strategies, including multi-year roadmaps that drive sustainable growth and relevance. Lead product portfolio and line planning across categories, platforms, and partnerships—from early concept through launch and lifecycle optimization. Use deep consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to identify whitespace opportunities and guide innovation pipelines. Act as the strategic decision-maker across product development checkpoints, ensuring consumer value, brand integrity, and financial objectives are met. Lead and influence cross-functional teams (design, development, insights, finance, legal, operations, marketing) to bring ideas to market efficiently. Own U.S. commercial execution in close partnership with Sales and Commercial teams, including line planning, forecasting, sell-in strategy, retail presentations, and portfolio optimization by customer and channel. Translate global strategies into strong U.S. assortments that win at shelf and deliver profitable growth. Monitor POS, shipment, and financial performance, driving in-year course correction and future planning. Serve as the senior voice of the market—elevating consumer needs, channel dynamics, and emerging trends to inform global strategy. Lead strategic partnerships and licensing relationships, shaping value propositions, guiding execution, and ensuring long-term franchise value. Own forecasting, data integrity, and internal systems to ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidence in decision-making. Deliver high-impact storytelling through executive-ready decks, business cases, and presentations to internal leadership, partners, and customers. Mentor and guide junior team members, modeling strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and modern ways of working. What You'll Bring : 7–10+ years of experience in brand, product, franchise, or commercial leadership within consumer products, entertainment, or a related industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead global brand and product strategies from vision to in-market execution. Deep experience with product development processes, portfolio management, and lifecycle optimization. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, line planning, pricing, and sales collaboration. Deep curiosity and a growth mindset—you challenge assumptions, stay ahead of trends, and continuously evolve how work gets done. Comfort leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance insight generation, forecasting, productivity, and strategic decision-making. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners through clarity, credibility, and strong storytelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment. Highly organized, resilient, and comfortable leading through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Bonus: experience with licensing, entertainment partnerships, gaming, or multi-platform franchise ecosystems. The base salary range for this position is $134,800.00 to $202,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
