Irrigation Service Technician
Join Southeastern Massachusetts’ premier irrigation company! Heads Up Irrigation LTD has been servicing commercial and residential irrigation systems for over 40 years. We are seeking installers and service technicians to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Heads Up Irrigation is hiring motivated individuals for Service Technician positions. Join our growing team maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems. We offer hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a strong team environment.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform system start-ups, maintenance, and winterizations
- Diagnose and repair irrigation lines, valves, controllers, and wiring
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
- Document work performed using company software
- Interact professionally with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 Years experience
- Irrigation, landscape, or mechanical experience preferred for technician role
- Valid driver's license preferred (required for service technician)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Friendly, Reliable, hardworking, and motivated

- Sign-on bonus: $250–$1000 based on position and experience (Paid in milestones based on performance and retention)
