Welcome to Team Springfield Pie, or SPI for short. We are a family-owned and operated business that serves delicious pizza and more in Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow.
Our story began when Gus and Sabrina Garcia came from Brazil and worked as delivery drivers for Domino's. They learned that 90% of the US franchisees started as drivers or pizza makers, and they decided to pursue their dream of owning their own stores. You've been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject. With your help, we can keep it that way. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Pay Transparency

Delivery Drivers
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour
(Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)

Insiders
$15.50 – $17.00 per hour

Assistant Managers
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
(Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)

General Managers
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour
(Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
