We are looking for a Master Electrician to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Master Electrician, you will perform all electrical tasks related to our residential and commercial HVAC installations. This includes wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with local codes. You will work closely with our HVAC technicians to deliver seamless, high-quality installations for our customers.

Job Title: Master Electrician - Residential
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Pay Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities
Location: Danvers MA
What you will be doing:
- Working on Residential HVAC equipment and electrical systems
- Communicate to client what services are needed and why prior to starting work
- Provide a thorough evaluation of the electrical system with the customer
- Tests electrical circuits & components for continuity
- Repair and replace defective equipment, components, and wiring
- Discusses system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions
- Assist the HVAC Install team in repairs or services for heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency
- Leads a team of apprentices and journeyman electricians. Delegate tasks, instruct team members, and ensure all work is performed to a high standard of quality.
- Assists in managing a team of electrical technicians, which may include hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Encourage continuous learning and ensure that all staff members are up to date on the latest electric technologies and techniques.
- Train and mentor less experienced team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Assists in developing cost estimates for customers and setting competitive pricing for services.
Qualification / Skills:
- Massachusetts Master Electrical License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential electrical work
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC installations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
