EpicWide is looking for a Founding Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and help build a fast-growing AI-driven digital health startup.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be an early team member working at the center of the company, helping drive execution, communication, and operations as we scale.
You will manage executive scheduling, coordinate key meetings, organize internal workflows, and support critical day-to-day operations. At the same time, you will play a broader role in company building, including supporting investor communications, external meetings, and strategic initiatives.
In certain situations, you may represent the company in meetings, presentations, or events with investors and partners, helping communicate EpicWide’s vision and progress.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to social media, marketing, and public communication efforts, helping shape how EpicWide is presented to the world.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is highly proactive, and is excited to grow with the company and help build EpicWide from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join early, work closely with the founder, and participate in equity ownership as the company grows.
