One of Massachusetts leading health Systems is seeking exceptional Radiology Technologist to become a vital part of a renowned healthcare team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
The Health System is growing and currently has Multiple opening at several of the locations throughout the state of Massachusetts.
As a Radiology Technologist , you'll play a critical role in performing diagnostic imaging procedures that are essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Working alongside experienced radiologists and healthcare professionals, you'll utilize advanced imaging technology to produce high-quality images that help guide patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging procedures
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adjusting settings to achieve optimal image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures thoroughly
- Stay current with the latest advancements in radiology technology and best practices through ongoing education
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- ARRT certification required
- Proficiency in radiology safety protocols and imaging techniques
- Strong understanding of anatomy and positioning techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient safety and providing high-quality care
