About the Job:
Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant, someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and a team player.
Skills and Qualifications:- Is computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
- Is dependable, reliable, and organized.
- Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Office reception functions.
- Ensure phones are answered in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining and updating staff personnel records.
- Assist to maintain and update patient records.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Faxing new orders and tracking orders.
- Fax, scan, and copy documents.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Assist in keeping the office area clean and tidy.
- On-Call Rotation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
