About the Job:

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant, someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and a team player.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Is computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
  • Is dependable, reliable, and organized.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Office reception functions.
  • Ensure phones are answered in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating staff personnel records.
  • Assist to maintain and update patient records.
  • Type documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Faxing new orders and tracking orders.
  • Fax, scan, and copy documents.
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems.
  • Assist in keeping the office area clean and tidy.
  • On-Call Rotation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
