Kitchen Staff
Café Grounded is hiring a dependable and hardworking Kitchen / Prep Team Member to support our café kitchen operations. This role is essential in helping us deliver fresh, high-quality food items and maintaining a smooth, organized back-of-house.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to café recipes and standards
- Assist with daily prep (washing, chopping, portioning, stocking)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times
- Support kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
