Shake Bar & Member Service Representative

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and fitness-minded Shake Bar & Member Service Representative to join our team. This part-time role includes opening, midday, closing, and weekend shifts, offering flexible scheduling and strong growth potential within the fitness industry.

This is an ideal position for aspiring personal trainers or individuals passionate about health and fitness, as it provides the opportunity to connect with members, build relationships, lead tours, and sign up new members, all while gaining hands-on experience in a gym environment.

Hours:
6-24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Member Services:

• Greet and check in members in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phone calls and assist with membership inquiries
• Lead prospective members on tours of the facility
• Sign up new members and assist with membership sales and renewals

Shake Bar:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, protein shakes, pre-workout drinks, and light snacks
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory at the shake bar

General Responsibilities:

• Process payments for memberships, shakes, and retail products
• Promote gym services, shake bar specials, and upcoming events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications:

• Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Comfortable talking to new people and confident in a sales/tour environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in health, fitness, or personal training strongly preferred

Compensation:
$16.00–$18.50 per hour (based on experience)
