Your work will illuminate pathways to clearer speech, stronger social participation, and greater independence, while expanding your professional impact within a travel-enabled, supportive framework. Massachusetts offers more than professional growth: it’s a gateway to the Berkshires’ scenic beauty, thriving arts scene, and abundant outdoor recreation. From quiet mornings in charming towns to summer concerts, seasonal foliage drives, and easy access to cultural landmarks, this state provides inspiration as you travel between assignments or serve local communities. The Berkshires’ crisp air, hiking trails, fall color vistas, and vibrant cultural offerings create a backdrop where professional purpose and personal well-being harmonize. Joining our team now means building a diverse portfolio, deepening expertise in pediatric and adult populations, and contributing to evidence-based best practices that families rely on.

Competitive compensation, co-located housing options or stipends, and a framework that respects work-life balance make this a compelling choice for SLPs seeking both stability and adventure. The region’s cultural offerings, medical collaborations, and family-friendly amenities complement a meaningful clinical career with enriching experiences beyond the clinic walls.

Role Specifics and Benefits:
