Sealcoating Foreman (MA)

• Ensure high-quality sealcoat and crack seal services are provided across all jobs
• Brush and spray sealcoat on various projects such as roads, parking lots and driveways
• Manage the sealcoat and crack fill crew personnel
• Act as a liaison between crew and Director of Operations, Superintendent
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs for your crew
• Sweeping and cleaning areas prior to sealcoat application to include leaf blowing and edging
• Utilize our project management software to plan and facilitate professional production
• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather

Qualifications:

• Valid class D driver's license with clean driving record
• OSHA10 minimum, will hire in certification is in process
• Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time in inclement weather
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed

• Hourly Range Dependent on Experience
• This position requires night and weekend availability during sealcoat season and is heavily weather dependent
