The Role

• WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!

• Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day

• Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run pre-set, warm leads (no cold calling, no door knocking)
• Meet with homeowners and identify their needs
• Present home improvement solutions and close deals on the spot
• Take full control of your income with uncapped commissions
• Grow quickly into leadership roles if you want it

What You’ll Earn

• $1,750 paid training so you can earn while you learn
• $70,000–$90,000 expected first-year income, commission-only role with uncapped earnings, designed for producers, not passengers.
• Top performers earn $150K+
• $4,000 sign-on bonus paid weekly over your first 12 weeks
• Unlimited earning potential – your results determine your income

Requirements

• Availability Monday through Saturday
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within your territory
• Smartphone with data plan
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
