Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility systems for our client's location in Haverhill, MA . This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, assisting with equipment repairs, and helping ensure production operations run safely and efficiently.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM

Compensation: $52,000-$66,560

Overtime: Available as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Support general facility maintenance and repair projects.
• Maintain maintenance, production, and operational records.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Assist with equipment service, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and perform physical maintenance activities throughout the shift.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational school training is a plus.
