Job Description:
Support early-stage venture validation by sourcing, engaging, and scheduling conversations with key industry stakeholders through high-volume outreach.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Identify and build targeted lists of stakeholders across priority industries
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Craft and optimize personalized messaging to improve response rates
- Schedule and coordinate customer discovery interviews
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of weekly interviews
- Track outreach activity, responses, and conversion metrics
- Analyze performance data to refine sourcing and outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, or similar channels)
- Strong written communication skills with persuasive messaging ability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads
- Self-starter with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in outreach efforts
- Comfortable learning new industries and stakeholder profiles quickly
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in sales development (SDR/BDR), recruiting, or sourcing
- Experience in market research or user research operations
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot)
- Experience in startup or venture-backed environments
