Salary: $15 per hour plus cash and credit card tips

We are currently looking for full time Barista's with open availability.

Role Overview

As a Barista, youll be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, while working in a fast-paced environment, where cleanliness, food safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Assembly:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items following Sturbridge Coffee House standards.
• Food Knowledge:Be knowledgeable about menu and ingredients. Be aware of food allergens.
• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service accuracy & speed, and product quality.
• Cleanliness:Maintain a spotless workspace, including dining areas, service area, and the kitchen.
• Stocking:Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put deliveries and supplies in proper areas.
• Compliance:Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a barista or quick service restaurant preferred
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Works well in a team environment

Sturbridge Coffee House has grown from a small caf over the last 19 years, into a bustling coffee house, with multiple Mini Sturbridge Coffee House locations.
We serve hundreds of people in the heart of Sturbridge, MA and beyond. We wouldn't be the great coffee house we aretoday, nor be opening additional locations, without the dedication of every employee and customer over the years.
