We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and dynamic fitness coaches to lead high-energy group training sessions and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to health and fitness. You’ll be the face of motivation, safety, and fun—every class, every time. Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy group classes using Orangetheory’s science-backed format
- Deliver personalized coaching based on heart rate data
- Provide modifications and ensure member safety
- Create a positive, motivating class environment
- Engage with members to build relationships and community
- Hold a current nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA)
- CPR/AED certified
- Experience teaching group fitness classes (preferred, but not required-we’ll train the right person!)
- Charismatic, professional, and comfortable speaking in front of a group
- Must be coachable, team-oriented, and passionate about motivating others
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
