Customer Service Incident Agent
Prestige Capital Group is the owner and operator of Prestige Car Wash and Gas we are looking for a self-motivated customer service representative who understands and can empathize with clients' feelings and needs while still maintaining the integrity of the company's policies, procedures and values. We are looking for talented candidates to be our Customer Service Agents.
This position is an in-office Monday - Friday for a take charge individual capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on superior customer service which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job description:
As Customer Service Agent, you will: be responsible for but not limited to
- Work through customer reports, review camera footage to confirm or deny customer claim
- Partner with the Customer Service Manager to answer incident report questions filed by customers
- Work with leaders to come to conclusions on customer claims and report back to the customer on the outcomes
- Work with 3rd party vendors to order parts and obtain best quotes on parts ordered
- Work with Body Shops to obtain estimates for body work on vehicles
- Answer emails and calls from customers regarding their monthly car wash membership plans
- Conduct thorough billing research based on customer requests to assist with refunds, cancelations or provide explanations to customers
- Remain composed and professional when handling difficult customers, be able to stay in line with company policy while delivering difficult messages to customers
- Provide world class service to our customers with a positive attitude and welcoming words striving to assist their needs while still maintaining the policy and procedures of the company
- Assist other individuals within the office on daily tasks and assignments to help expedite projects
- Make outbound calls to vendors or customers to get follow up information on their relationships with us, complete research or deliver status updates
QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of experience with customer service preferred along with proficiency in computer operations and software including Microsoft Office Suite not limited to Word, Excel & Outlook. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic and organized.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Compensation from $23-$25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday 800-430 (based on full time schedule) in Office
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Canton, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
