Job Title : Quality Control Technician

Location : Devens, MA

Contractor Work Model : Onsite

Hours : Mon - Fri (normal business hours)

Compensation : $28.00 - $32.20/hr

Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent



Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and data review of raw materials, in-process, batch release, and/or stability samples of Bulk Drug Substance in a cGMP compliant environment.
• Execute routine procedures based on methodologies and responsibilities of the specific QC sub-team, following instructions in the LIMS as assigned by the hiring manager.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in identifying and reporting discrepancies or deviations from standard practices or procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff for work assignments, coaching, and performance management.

• Associate Degree required; BS in physical or life sciences preferred, with 0-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques such as pH, appearance, volumetric measurement, pipetting, analytical weighing, and basic laboratory safety practices.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with basic electronic systems (email, MS Office, etc.)
