Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Billing Specialist to join our client's dynamic Finance Department in Boston. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary liaison for billing professionals and clients, managing the full monthly billing cycle from start to finish. This position is essential for maintaining client relationships and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations within a high-performing professional services environment. salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Billing experience: Minimum of 2 years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm environment.

Initiative and time management: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Electronic billing systems: Experience with electronic invoice submission platforms.

Understanding of client requirements: Familiarity with client billing guidelines and billing software.

Skills Billing (2 years of experience is required)Elite (2 years of experience is preferred)Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is preferred)
