**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to be part of our talented beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Bartender, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time at the bar, lounge, or event, by crafting high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area at all times.
- Check identification to confirm legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking and replenishing supply as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Stay informed about new beverage products, techniques, and industry trends to enhance guest experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of bar equipment, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Strong understanding of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking effectively.
- Must be of legal drinking age.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
