Bella Santé Day Spa(s) is currently recruiting for talented Licensed Estheticians at our Boston location to join our prestigious team. If you are committed to providing superior treatments to Guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and exceptional knowledge in the field of the healing arts we would love to hear from you.

Our Director of Training and Development is focused on training and the development of the esthetic team. Through workshops, trainings, and one to one sessions, using high-quality products and offering premium services, together, we are creating a foundation which allows us to have a greater impact on our guests.

We offer a steady flow of clientele and available work schedules to include days, nights and weekends. Employees at Bella Santé will experience orientation and in-house training. We will take care of the marketing, scheduling and provide the supplies in a well-stocked treatment rooms, allowing you to earn a great living doing what you love, using your skills to advance in a fast-growing company.

We offer competitive pay and benefits (for qualifying employees) which include medical, dental, 401k, paid vacation and sick time and complimentary spa treatments and generous product discounts. Uniforms are paid for by the company.

Pay Estimate: $25 - $85+ on facial or body treatments + gratuities. Commission is also paid for retail sales. Starting pay is based on experience.

Minimum requirement is 2 shifts per week.
