- Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom,
- Listen to clients requirements and desires to expand their homes,
- Design and sell solutions that meet clients residential needs within their budgets,
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Income potential is very high. Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year .
