Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Sales Estimator position include:- 2+ years of experience in restoration estimating using Xactimate- Ability to walk and assess damaged properties, including crawlspaces and attics- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus- Experience working with insurance adjusters and TPAs is a bonus- Visit job sites, assess damage, and generate estimates using Xactimate- Serve as main point of contact with clients through the estimation phase- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance reps to ensure successful project handoffSalary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Expected earnings of $100,000 - $130,000+ with uncapped commissions.
