Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in a North Dartmouth, MA school setting. This contract position is designed to span the upcoming school year, providing a structured environment for professional growth and impactful student support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students on your caseload
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to inform instructional strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent behavior support across environments
• Provide training and consultation to school personnel on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices
• Document progress and update plans as needed to meet student goals effectively

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, data interpretation, and behavior intervention skills
• Ability to manage a caseload while maintaining clear communication with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering positive behavioral and academic outcomes for diverse student populations

• Pay Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience
• Hours per Week and Days per Week: To be established based on district schedule and caseload needs
• Age Group: Kindergarten through 12th grade students
• Caseload Size: Information to be provided upon inquiry
• Additional Information: Position involves working closely with a supportive educational team focused on individualized student success
