We're Pioneer Valley Environmental out of Ware, MA, and we're on the hunt for an HVAC Service Technician who's got the skills, the attitude, and maybe a little obsession with airflow.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
- Comfort with diagnostics, service, and installs
- Someone who knows their way around heat pumps, minisplits, and gas systems
- EPA-certified (or on your way there)

Your Typical Day:

- Diagnose issues, not just guess at them
