Site Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- This position consists of Conference Room management and setting up. Will be setting up tables, chairs and AV equipment. This position is high-level customer facing candidate. The candidate must be able to interact with all levels of the customer in a professional manner as well as take direction, vision and set-up instructions and ensure that they meet the client's expectations. Candidate must be willing to help with other duties performed at the customer’s location. For example, mail deliveries and copy/print production.
