Best Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter professional to join our team in Nashua, NH. This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, and supporting the service department to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in locating and ordering the correct automotive parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions and manage parts counter documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately with inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually..
