North American ETF Capital Markets Associate
This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the center of ETF and CEF capital markets, gaining hands-on exposure to trading dynamics, liquidity management, and the broader ETF ecosystem. It contributes to our mission by ensuring efficient market functioning, improving execution quality, and strengthening relationships with key liquidity providers—all of which are critical to delivering high-quality investment outcomes for clients. In this position, the individual will develop deep analytical expertise, market intuition, and cross-functional influence by working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and external partners. They will also build a strong foundation in ETF capital markets that positions them for accelerated growth and long-term career mobility within the platform.
Position Responsibilities:
- Independently monitor and assess secondary‑market liquidity and execution quality
- Actively support and coordinate PM interactions with AP and market‑makers as well as the ETF Ecosystem
- Lead analysis on trading costs, tracking difference, and market stress events for ETF, CEFs and In-Kind Mutual Fund transactions
- Play a key role in ETF launches, reconstitutions, and index changes
- Respond to sales, client, and due‑diligence requests related to ETFs and CEFs
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to ETF and CEF businesses
Required Qualifications:
0–5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not required majors: Finance, Economics, STEM, or related
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain results succinctly
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in ETF capital markets, trading, product, or related roles
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Aladdin, Morningstar
- Programing and AI experience a plus

$61,875.00 USD - $103,125.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
