Appian Developer

Akkodis is seeking an Appian Developer for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. This role requires strong Appian certification and expertise in building SAIL interfaces and integrating external systems through REST/SOAP services.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Appian Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, and Appian‑based workflows.

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Java‑based components.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and data mappings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

• Provide technical guidance to mid‑level developers, supporting code reviews, troubleshooting, and best practices.

• Debug and resolve issues in Appian interfaces, process models, and integrations to ensure smooth application performance.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scope Appian projects, design scalable solutions, and support end‑to‑end delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in application development, including strong hands‑on Appian BPM development.

• Must hold Appian Analyst and Appian Designer certifications, with proven experience developing complex SAIL interfaces, process models, and integrations.

• Strong working knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Core Java, with demonstrated ability to scope Appian projects and lead distributed development teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
