Student Housing Assistant Manager - up to $25/hr
Join a leading university’s Resident Life Department as a Student Housing Assistant Manager, supporting housing operations for the Worcester Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housing assignments for year-round residential operations.
- Ensure billing, inventory, and student assignments are accurately recorded in the proprietary system.
- Oversee the Resident Life inbox, responding to inquiries regarding housing needs.
- Manage key inventory, distributing keys for move-ins/move-outs, and issuing fees for lost keys.
- Administer parking assignments, issuing permits, billing student accounts, and maintaining records in the database.
- Provide customer service via phone and email, assisting students and faculty with housing-related questions.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of operational experience, preferably in an academic or student services environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet program.
- Prior experience handling customer service inquiries in a professional setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in higher education or student housing administration.
- Background in inventory or billing coordination.
- Candidates with a background in Property Management or Leasing are welcome for consideration
