Responsibilities- Inspect and assess drainage systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on drainage systems.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Drain Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of drainage systems and plumbing principles.
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
